These people are horrible at communicating.nn#1. They INSISTED that i wait while they dinked around and performed the surgery.nn#2. They promised to update her condition to me after surgery, and no one showed up to do that!! Completely ignored me.nn#3. When i tried to contact them, nobody knew where she was, if she was out of surgery, if in recovery, or where! This is outrageous!! So so inept!nn#4. Don't expect to be treated with any respect at this corporation of self importance!

Inside hospital on Lily Rd. Handed in prescription. Waiting, waiting. 3 people presented prescriptions after me and all were filled. Still waiting.
