Natalie has been very courteous and helpful.

I've noticed a definite improvement in wait times in line, and efficiency. Past issue with not receiving pickup notications has been resolved. Counter staff has always been friendly and courteous.

Very judgemental people. Theres two techs that are there that are super cool but everyone else is very rude and they love to tell you something then change the story

At this pharmacy more than most others, I’m constantly reminded that the health care system doesn’t care about patients. Pharmacists here will not even put your prescription into the system until you show up the next day asking for your filled medications. I only need my daily medications, DAILY— but what do I know.

I’ve finally given up on the Safeway pharmacy. There’s always a long line, they take hours to fill simple prescriptions, and don’t seem to understand that this is not a normal practice. After waiting 5 hours after my doctor sent a prescription, then to be told it would be another hour, I went across the street to rite aid and got my prescriptions in 30 minutes. Stay away from this place unless you like waiting for prescriptions when you’re sick.
