Pharmacist and staff are NOT wearing masks. People were coming in for flu shots. I told the pharmacist I would go elsewhere because they were not being safe.nI advised the Thurston County Health Department, and the Target store manager. The Target store staff are being careful, cleaning and wearing masks. The manager thanked me for advising him.

I have consistently had problems with this pharmacy. 6 months ago I started to get my prescriptions filled online through another pharmacy after years of going here. The new pharmacy ended up not sending me the right syringes with my medications. I called the CVS pharmacy to see if I could get my syringes filled there and if I needed to call ahead to do that and they told me to just come on in an they could sell them to me. Well when I came in they tell me they can't fill them because I don't have a prescription, then say my prescription is 2 year old, even though they acknowledged that I had just been in 6 months ago to fill my prescription. Then they try to tell me they can't send my doctor a request for an updated prescription!! Which after I called them out on it, easily did. Or said they did. They could have done all this originally over the phone with me instead of forcing me to make multiple trips into their store.

The staff here works really hard and could use some help. They are isually very nice and helpful (not all), but you can tell they are stretched. The times I've had bad service it's usually a sub.

I wish I could give this pharmacy no stars. They take forever to answer the phone and when they do they hang up on you and then you have to call back and wait on hold again for another 15 minutes when I go into the pharmacy I always have to wait for 10-15mintues in line

At least for me, the experience was good. My prescription was ready for pickup with no issues. There was a problem with being my insurance but the staff was really nice about it. Overall pleasant staff and I got what I went for. Simple enough. The only thing that would be better is if there was some more space between the pharmacy and the aisles for a proper line to form when needed.
