Robert was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process effortless. He was happy to show us different options and the pricing/contract is straight forward. I feel my belongings are truly safe there with their gates, lighting, and 24 hr surveillance.

I vacated 12 days prior to my month being up. Due to COVID-19, their office was closed when I went to give my notice and the sign indicated they were only open on Sunday and Monday. Since I was moving prior to the next Sunday, and I had already packed my contract, I called and left a detailed message that I was vacating and asked that I be called back to let me know what I needed to do. No one ever called me back, and I believe that was intentional. With a move and new house and all that entails, just one day prior to my month being up, and on a Sunday, I finally realized I had never heard back from them, so I called and was told I was going to still be billed for another month since I didn't provide a WRITTEN 10 day notice. Though they have a nice facility, go find somewhere else for your storage needs. Hopefully you'll find more honest people to deal with.

Great experience. Very clean and secure. Newer facility. Robert was super helpful and has great customer service. I highly recommend!
