Lindley and her team at Greater Pittsburgh Travel get the job done! We had planned our 8 day 7 night honeymoon to Sandals Montego Bay through Lindley a year in advance. Unforeseen to us at the time was COVID-19. Lindley took all the extra steps with the processes to get into Jamaica and communicated with us all the proper travel assessments we needed to complete to travel. She booked a tight and affordable agenda for flights that worked out perfectly. We were on resort day of travel by noon!nnHer diligence through this long process with the pandemic was spot on. She communicated moving dates with us, communicated switching destinations, and helped ensure that we were going to be fine with travel to Jamaica.nnOur trip was so much fun and the resort is amazing. Nothing but aggravation. Tom the owner messed up the seats on the flight which costed hundreds of dollars to correct, booked wrong size car, put us in a hotel across the street from the loudest night club in Dublin, rude when I told him I was unhappy with the issues and oversights. Save yourself a headache and a bunch of money and book your own trip.

Great travel agency. Tom and Linley were fantastic. Tom planned the trip went over everything with us and check to make sure everything was going well on the trip. If you need a great agent I would recommend you talk to Tom or Linley. They want you to have a great time.

We just returned from a family vacation to Disney that was booked by Lindley at Greater Pittsburgh Travel. Lindley did such a great job planning every detail for our trip, down to our fast passes! She was very knowledgeable about the parks and explained how everything worked. In times when we were unable to keep reservations, or wanted to change our fast passes, she responded quickly and professionally. Lindley at Greater Pittsburgh Travel made my Disney trip so amazing! Without her, I wouldn't have gotten all the right fast passes and reservations that I know are really hard to get in advance. We ate breakfast at the elusive Be Our Guest in Magic Kingdom, and had dinner at Chef Mickey's, which were both wonderful, magical experiences. Our Princess room at Port Orleans Riverside was so much fun and had the true spirit of Disney.
