Lenzner Tour and Travel/Coach USA

This was my first bus trip and it had some pluses and minuses. The pluses.. The tour director was great as was the driver. Had interesting stops as add-ons but nothing spectacular. The minuses were the fact that the entertainment was not exactly family friendly and we had an 11 year old with us. Wish we had known this fact, as we definitely would have skipped it. Need to put this info in program description. Add-ons could have been skipped also. Seemed like just fillers to take up time. Would rather the tour be shorter and less expensive, than waste my time coloring.

Lenzner is not servicing summer vacations. They will only allow you to book fall trips and up to January 1st.

We used Lenzner Tour (Coach USA) to transport 100+ guests from the Pittsburgh Airport to our wedding site (45 minutes away). This was the part of the wedding that stressed me out the most initially, but Becky from Lenzner tours helped ease that concern from the first time I reached out through the final trip back! All of our guests enjoyed the buses and I enjoyed the fact that the drivers were on-time, professional, and reliable for a fair cost. I strongly recommend Lenzner Tours and specifically Becky!

I highly recommend the NYC tour with Joe as the tour guide & Dave as the driver. With only two nights in New York, we certainly made the most of our time. Shanksville on the way, the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, a guided tour of the city, Ellis Island and the awesome Carmine's for a delicious dinner. This was our first bus trip with Lenzner/Coach USA, and we will definitely be taking more. Thank you!
