My cat suffers from epilepsy, anyone who works in the medical field will tell you, “do not miss a dose!” Well I called them on Friday, 20 minutes after they opened to fill his prescription. Every other time we’ve ordered it’s come the next day. We waited 4 days for his medicine and yes I called them to check everyday they were open to see if it was sent, EVERYTIME THEY TOLD ME YES. Due to his medicine not arriving on time, he missed 2 doses. That following Friday night, he had a 4 minute long seizure. We had to rush him to an emergency vet hospital and spent almost $300! When I called Porters Pharmacy today they said “we only work on business days”. I’m sorry but medicine and medical emergencies don’t just stop on the weekend. Either be open all weekend or shut down.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. One of Pittsburghs best compounding pharmacy. They deliver and send out RX by mail. Very convenient.

Excellent service on transferred prescription for my cat Corky. The RX required refrigeration so they placed it in special packaging.nI spoke to a member of staff yesterday and received it in mail today. Very kind and professional. Thank you!

These folks are the greatest. They require 2 days for compounding but have always had it done in one. All happy and professional. A joy to deal with.
