Truck was nasty! I rent a truck during COVID you would think they would have cleaned it. I had to stop what I was doing to clean it. The small pocket on the door had water in it. The women working there didn’t care at all just looked at me when I told her. They charge you .99 a mile for a local move. A $40 rental cost me $100. There first and last sale from me!
Nick has helped me with every single one of my purchases and rentals. From the stupid questions to helping me unload a truck into the storage units. great employee, and this is the only location i will ever use :)
The employees work hard but most of the time they are under staffed. Has everything from installed trailer hitches to packing tape. They also refill your propane tanks and I'm heading there now.

Installed an overpriced hitch and conveniently didnt install a ground wire. IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone on the phone. But walk in to their store and there are 3 of them standing around. No waiting area for those having installations done. Go anywhere else.
