I wish I could give this company a zero star.nThey will screw you over on purpose.nThe drivers are irresponsible in that they fail to make sure they get the job done.nUsing this company will guarantee that you will receive the shipment late, if you are lucky, and not receive it at all unless you pay them extra for their failure to deliver on time.nnIf you are in a large building with multiple tenants, New Penn driver will not even try to reach you by phone. They will just not deliver your shipment and ask you to pay extra money for them to take extra two days to send out the shipment again.nnTheir managers and customer service reps are the same culprits. I am almost certain that they do this on purpose to make extra money. Now my job can't be completed because of their reluctance and un-professionalism.
