Excellent service! This is our second time using Central Van Lines. They make the move stress free. Diane was our move co-coordinator both times and she is exceptional. We had a bad experience with a mover in the past but Central Van Lines restored our faith in moving companies. They quoted a binding price and didnt stick us with any surprise charges, showed up on time, did the job well and were nice people. Would highly recommend them and will definitely work with them again

Was very happy with the service provided--they were on time, courteous, careful with the furniture and asked if I wanted some of the boxes to go upstairs instead of just putting them down stairs. One very satisfied customer. Thank You Central Van Lines

My family moved this summer. Central Van and Storage were helpful and kind every step of the way. We moved out of our previous home the same day that we had settlement on it at noon. The crew from Central Van and Storage was very kind, hard working and friendly. We had as much as we could in our garage ready to go and the guys took care of the rest, taking apart furniture and moving it into the trucks with care. CV&S held our belonging overnight for us and then delivered our belongings to our new home first thing the next morning. We had the same crew and once again they were all very friendly, efficient and hardworking. We ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND them to everyone.

The packers in Pgh were very efficient and at the destination there were no broken contents. All boxes were clearly marked. My only issue was that this was during the Corona pandemic and I had to ask the packers to wear their masks. They didn't come to the house with their masks on. Otherwise, the service was excellent and arrived at the destination on the exact date quoted. Very pleased with the service and would recommend them.

Central Van Lines handled two moves for us recently, even during the pandemic. A move of our items in storage in Las Vegas to our condo in Pittsburgh went exceedingly well. There was one broken item, and Allied covered the replacement cost without any issues. A second move of our main home in New Jersey to the Pittsburgh location was also done well, although the packers/movers were in too much of a hurry for my taste, seemingly trying to set speed records for getting the work done. There was an issue with a third-party supplier, who did a very poor job in preparing a piano for the move, and never even attempted to provide their service on the receiving end, so Allied once again came through with a reimbursement for the cost. The dispatcher, Diane, was a pleasure to work with at all times. I would not hesitate to use Central Van Lines again.
