I recently got engaged and my fiancé came to see Melanie Burke for our engagement needs. I am completely overwhelmed and overjoyed with the work that was done to create my engagement ring. The ring has a lot of sentimental value to me as it has elements of the ring my father gave to my mother some 64 years ago. Melanie worked together with Rick and the ring is absolutely stunning!!. I cannot thank Melanie and Orr's enough for making that day one I will never forget.

Duane and Sasha went above and beyond to assist me with the repair of my Christopher and Designs wedding rings. Throughout the COVID shutdown, Duane personally called me several times to discuss how I could get the rings repaired and kept me apprised of Orr’s and Christopher Designs’ factory reopening. As soon as the factory reopened, they shipped the rings, and they were repaired and quickly returned to me. I am most grateful after a less than satisfactory experience with another local high-end jeweler. In the future, we will go directly to Orrs for our jewelry needs!
