Shawn recently finished my basement. He did an absolutely fantastic job! Work is impeccable. He cleaned up at the end of every day. Most definitely recommend Green Leaf Building Services.

The first experience our family had with Shawn and his team was in May of 2014 when they were assigned as the third party contractors for our relocation move. We were impressed by his thoroughness and asked if he could complete some other small jobs that needed immediate attention in our new home. He accepted and was very reasonable in his costs. In the two years since, we have contacted Shawn and his team to work on our home for various reasons. The most recent undertaking was finishing our entire basement. They did an amazing job and the space is now our favorite room in the house! Throughout the renovation, Shawn would begin and end each day by speaking with me on the progress, answering questions, addressing concerns, etc. The renovation was completed in the time-frame quoted, had no hidden costs at the end, and the team was neat and caused very little disruption to our household. Shawn is not finished with a job until both he and the customer are both completely satisfied. We are thankful to have found a general contractor that takes pride in his work, is reliable, and provides fair and reasonable rates.
