This was possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. First off, I have fleas and the service didn’t work. I had to get rid of my cat. They came back again. And again it didn’t work. My kids are getting bit by these fleas. They told me to wait 2 weeks before calling again. So my kids have been getting bit for over a month because of these fleas. I called to get my money back and of course, they have the worst system set in place to speak to someone. When I talked to someone on Tuesday, they said they’d have a manager call me back in 24-48 hours. It’s now Monday and I have yet to speak to a manager. I finally got ahold of someone today after calling over 10 times, leaving messages. I had to call on a different phone and act like I was starting a new service to even speak to someone. When I did speak to someone, they said I cannot get my money back because the service was preformed.. they said they’d have a manager call me again in 24-48 hours. So the service didn’t work, they’re customer service is HORRRRRRRIBLE.. and they’re satisfaction guarantee is 100% a lie. I highly highly recommend going anywhere else for extermination other than here.
