Horrible customer service. Took in a $7,000 garage door to them to pantina. They quoted me $400 to have it done. Took in a pic from the Martin Door Cataologue so they knew the effect we are wanting. Once done, we went and looked at it. It looked like I had purchased a cheap garage door and asked to have it painted brown. Told them we were not satisfied, so they redid it. It now looks pretty good; however, they are now asking $900 rather than the $400, and holding our door hostage until we pay up. I asked them to compromise at $600, but they refuse. Therefore, we have to hire an attorney and ask for attorney's fees. Unscrupulous!
