They are not helpful n they don't work with on on anything they only care about one thing n that the money you owe. They close cases even if they know u owe back support then put warrents outbuf you don't pay. Then after awhile reopen it to get the money which is illegal to do . As I always say it's Adams county the do what they want to do when they want to do. They don't care if u live off under a $100. A week as long as they get their money.plus the judge dosent do her job either.
Adams County Pennsylvania does not enforce court ordered child support. This is detrimental to the children of our community as the county assistance office also only goes by the court order as income, not the actual non-payments. (Therefore these children are denied both child support AND assistance for food, especially if the mother has a job!) Kids are blessings and they are worth supporting!!! ud83dudc97nAs a pediatric nurse I am very saddened by the lack of care, provision, and protection for women and children in our community. Our community is better than this!nChild support should be enforced at the highest level of the law, especially if the court order is for less than $50 a week!!!
Always have been curtious and friendly extremely helpful. The ladies in the office are awesome.

Suite 900 is a joke. My husband and i went to go pay a ticket we were given yesterday and the woman at the window was so rude, i was absolutely disgusted with how she treated us. She had the worst attitude and kept bobbing her head around and being really snappy. She was just a very nasty lady. I felt so uncomfortable even talking to her. I mean we just wanted to pay our bill. She was no help at all and in my opinion has no business working with the public if she can't do her job to help. I had to ask another lady who was receiving the mail how i was supposed to pay my fine if they didn't receive it on their end. She was a nice and polite woman. The original woman should be ashamed of herself for acting the way she did. She gave the whole place a really bad look and it was really uncalled for. She definitely shouldn't have a job dealing directly with customers. Maybe in a back copy room or the basement will suit her better.
