So happy we found this place today. The staff was very helpful put a new bulb in my wife's 1471 Pfaff creative. We bought this machine at a public sale and weren't sure where we could get service for it if we needed help. The owner assured us that he can help us if we need more service in the future. You will be happy with the help you can get here. Give them a try.
