Rick and his team were extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Our deck was re-faced with composite and added aluminum railings. From removing the existing pressure treated wood and installing the new product they made sure the area was cleaned up and were efficient while making sure everything was properly measured and installed. We have received many complements on our new deck and are thrilled with the end result! Thank you for all your hard work!

Rick and his staff are terrific. They had my estimate fast and accurate for my insurance company. They took care of all the insurance work and forms. The install crews were polite super clean and did amazing..my new roof, siding, and gutters and downspouts look amazing. I spent 17 years in residential hvac sales and I recommend these guys 1st. Par One construction performed a full exterior remodel on our home. This included roof, siding, wrapping windows, replacing a bay window, soffit, gutters, correcting flashing around chimney/ roof joints, replacing a patio door, and moving an electric meter/rebuilding fascia. Rick and his team did a great job overall, at a reasonable cost. Everything turned out great and the work was completed in a timely manner. I especially appreciated how well the siding turned out and how professionally the trim was wrapped. We had a few things that had to be caught/changed mid-project such as the gutter down spots were put on the wrong side of the house and the window shutters had to be moved but Par One immediately remedied these outliers. Rick and his team did whatever needed to ensure we remained happy.nnThanks Rick and sorry it took so long to get this review up! :o)

Small roof repair work. Jared was on time and very professional. He did a nice job, and left the site clean and tidy. I really like working with him and would do so again.
