I planed my whole vacation in Gettysburg, PA around this hot air balloon ride. It was a surprise for my boyfriend. It was suppose to be on Tuesday night I paid for a regular trip. It was a beautiful day with minimal wind and sunny. They canceled our flight due to weather. I believe the flight was canceled due to me paying for a regular flight and not the private flight and they didn’t have any others flying with us. You couldn’t have asked for calmer weather that day. I was beyond disappointed and frustrated. I requested a refund and was told I would only receive 85% of my payment back. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! They charged me a ridiculous amount of money to go on a website and book a flight that I never got. Not sure how they can get away with charging people for services they do not even render. From my understanding from speaking with others they cancel nearly every time.

Have flown with them a few times, always a great experience.
