The Gettysburg Museum directed us to take the tour of the cemetery. They are not done every night but we lucked out and went. It was an awesome experience. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable (I professed Gettysburg nerd) and they actually encourage us to walk over the graves of the buried troops. He explained that we remembered the fallen by also noticing how the ground itself will never be the same. It was beautiful and touching to hear the stories of the men and boys that died during the battle.
