Devil's Den

This was the first time I've ever been to Devil's Den. It has awesome views from the top. I liked how cool the rock formation is and how its easy to walk up to the top but it can be slippery when it rains. Once up at the top you get a 360° view . Will be visiting more often even though it's about an 2 hour drive from my house.

Amazing rock formations! A great place to explore around Devil's Den and also across the streeyThe history involved at this sight is truly humbling. All the lives that were lost and the one's that were changed forever in the defense of two very different beliefs. The events that unfolded here helped shape this great nation in which we live. Definite place to stop.

What a stunning work of history. As a homeschooling family our time in Gettysburg has been so educational. Instead of learning history in a text book, we have spent the weekend learning history in-person. What an awesome opportunity for a kid and adult alike!
