Moab Adventure Center

I absolutely loved my half day "rafting" trip on the Colorado river. This family trip included my mother who is not a fan of speed or danger, and our guide Paco managed her beautifully. The day started with meeting at the outpost in the middle of Moab, UT. Having signed all the necessary paperwork online days before, we just checked in, were temperature-checked and handed a filled insulated refillable water bottle. After being handed our sanitized life jackets, we were fitted, checked off, and directed towards a bus that would take us up the 181 (2nd most scenic drive in the US). There were 5 in our party, and we were joined by one other individual who was doing a full-day trip. Paco was AMAZING at keeping us all engaged with the surrounding topography, life on the river, movie references, and musical references while steering the boat during what was essentially a float down the Colorado. We went fairly late in the season, and the water level was low with gentle rapids. We even voluntarily got out of the boat and went down one ourselves! It was definitely a memorable time on the river because we were able to do it as a family. Shout out to PACO!!!!! Hilarious and entertaining, our guide shared with us her knowledge of the river, of river rafting, of the land, and of the stories of the land. Highly recommend!

Our family did the sunset hummer tour and it was an incredible experience and the highlight of our trip. Our kids enjoyed every minute. Mike was a great guide and explained a lot of the land we were looking at and made sure we got pictures of the whole family and of the landscape. He put us at ease and made the experience so much fun. Moab Adventure Center was amazing to work with from the point we checked in to the end of our trip in the shop. Everyone was so kind and friendly. We would definitely go again! Thank you for helping make such great memories for our family.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Took all 4 of my grandsons on this rafting adventure and we all loved it! Our guide, Josh L, was attentive, funny, informative and exceptionally respectful. My grandsons, ages 10-17, DEFINITELY want to go back the next time we are in Moab. The store was immaculate and had reasonably priced gear and souvenirs. Their restrooms and dressing rooms were sparkling clean. The souvenir water bottles made us happy and the buffet lunch really hit the spot. Such an exceptional and safe adventure!

Going to Moab Adventure Center was a must when we arrived in Moab. We opted to take the hummer off road tour and let’s just say - YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!! We had Craig as our guide and felt at ease with this drive! He was incredibly knowledgeable, informative and fun!!!! It was my birthday when we took this tour and it was the best birthday yet!!! Everyone at the Moab Adventure Center was welcoming and kind!!!!! I recommend them in any adventure you want to do on your stay in Moab.

Fun Educational Safe More than just zip lining! A great value experience during your trip to Moab! My girlfriend and I had a great experience zip lining here. Adam and Maddie were excellent guides. The zip lining was only half of the fun. The ride up the mountain on the 4x4 was an unexpected thrill. During the small hikes between zip lines, the guides would educate us about the geology, ecosystem, and other activities going on in Moab, as well as give good recommendations for hikes to do and restaurants at which to eat. During one of the hikes between zip lines, there was a bouncy suspension bridge which was fun to cross. After the last zip line, on our way down the mountain, Adam and Maddie took us on a short detour to see dinosaur fossils. The guides were personable (very open to talk about their lives and experiences), friendly, attentive, and professional in their manners. I felt safe and secure during each zip line and trusted them to set me up properly each time. Definitely a a great value packed experience in Moab.
