Majestic Theater

Finding the parking area and shuttle was easy. Staff was very friendly. The atmosphere is very much family friendly. Will definitely be coming back soon.

One of my favorite theaters. You can park in the back parking garage and pay on the app or at the kiosk right there. You go inside and they have concessions that are reasonably priced. Everyone's really friendly and they take you right down to your seat so there's no confusion and they always have great performances!

Love the price for movie tickets - $8.50 all the time! The theater often shows excellent movies that have a limited release. Concession prices are reasonable too!

A hidden gem. Everybody should go to experience the renovated beauty of this historic landmark in downtown Gettysburg. Lots of indie films play here (love it!). One of the first movies I ever saw here was Little Miss Sunshine, and most recently The Peanut Butter Falcon. I also a great documentary called Buck, the only good thing playing when I turned 40 so that's how I celebrated lol. Lots of great times, and very reasonably priced. You will not go broke on an evening out at the Majestic. Sometimes the crowd is a little bit older (so what?!) but my teenage son was really enamoured with our recent visit. He liked the unique concession stand with its bottled drinks, and I like the cozy stadium seating. The entire place is redone from top to bottom, inside and out. There are also local artists featured in the gallery as you walk through toward the theater. There is a small cafe attached and adjacent to the theater. A night out at the Majestic will not put a huge dent in your wallet. I love the Majestic. Lots of generous folks help support this theater and I hope it's always around for all to enjoy.
