Probably one of the best experiences I've ever had renewing drivers license. The people working were very friendly.
Theresa at the front desk was so kind and encouraging! We walked in for my son’s road test and she asked him if he was ready and he nervously said I think so... she encouraged him and said “you’re ready! You’ve got this! Be confident!”nnTyler was his examiner and he was very kind and not intimidating at all. He gave clear instructions.nnI would recommend this location (Gettysburg) for road testing!
Loved the place. No wait. Everyone was nice and talkative. Rebecca was my driving instructor super nice, took my nervousness away. Deserves a raise. She made me feel less stressed and talked to me the whole time. Drove an hour from Hershey and I passed :) great place.
Charles was so kind, professional, and efficient. This is my fourth child to take their drivers test. We have had horrible experiences at Carlisle and Harrisburg. Charles should be in charge of Training all new hires.
Have generally had a good opinion of this office until now. Went to have my licence renewed, only to find the office closed, on Saturday, for the holiday on Monday. The website showed the office open until 4:15. Thanks for wasting my time and money driving to Gettysburg for nothing, PennDOT! Try posting accurate info on your website, and having one holiday like the rest of the working population!
