The mail carriers need to pay attention to the names on the mail a little more. I continue to get mail in my mailbox that is clearly marked with another address. I understand there is a lot of mail to deliver, but come on some of the mail I receive is for an address way different than mine. Makes me wonder if other people are getting my mail and I don't know it.
I had a wonderful experience Saturday morning. I was greeted by an employee as soon as I walked in the door, and she offered to help me find the right size box for mailing. The lady behind the counter was also very kind. I don’t come to the post office often, but the few times that I have, i’ve always experienced excellent customer service.
I have always had great service and they counter people have always been very knowledgeable
These people lack the basic ability to read and/or follow directions. For people who drive like they are the only vehicle on the road, they sure aren't in a hurry to perform their job correctly.
Everyone here is always grumpy and/or cold. They really act as if you are putting them out by having them DO THEIR JOB. It is not like I am asking them to make me a sandwich, i just want some stamps. I am always kind and polite to them and the most I get are grunts and nods. I know dealing with the public can be difficult, but come on, a smile would not kill you.
