Impossible to get a live person on the phone. You can leave multiple messages a day every day for a week and never get a return call. Don’t bother following the instructions to mark it as high importance.... they still won’t return your call. Highly unprofessional. Had to have the Huntingdon county office handle everything for my most recent appeal because Adams CAO is literally impossible to deal with.

By far the nicest state assistance office I've ever been too. Been on welfare for a long time. Been to Alot of different places. This one is the nicest.

No one answers the phone. You're forced to leave a message which never gets a return phone call. I would get fired if I worked like this.
