Canyon Voyages Adventure

We rented gear from this company February 2020. Our trip was to begin in early May 2020. We worked with “Brian” over the phone to get all the details worked out. We were leading a group down the Green river and needed shuttle service and rental equipment. Brian was very accommodating and hooked us up with everything we needed. We paid with our credit card up front in full. Then the pandemic hit and we had to cancel our trip. We understood that we may need to pay a 10% penalty according to the terms of our rental agreement. An email was sent within the cancellation period asking for a refund. An automatic reply was sent to confirm or canceled reservation but nothing about our refund. That was it. Zero communication going forward. They would not return our repeated calls nor respond to our repeated emails. They kept our money. I understand that this virus was a big hit to our economy and especially small businesses. That doesn’t give them the right to steal our money. The next step was to file a grievance with our credit card company. After four months we finally got all of our money back from our credit card company...not the rental company. When the process was coming to an end and Brian only had a couple of weeks to respond to the credit card company, he finally called us and left a voice mail asking us to call him because he wanted to talk about a few things. Still nothing about a refund. What a joke! You stole our money, ruined any chance of us doing business with your company in the future, continued to operate your business almost this entire time, and now only after our credit card company puts pressure on you, you would like to talk. Do not do business with this company. Next year when we go to Moab, I will look forward to seeing your business closed.

I HAD AN AMAZING TIME. there was a problem with miscommunication, but they fixed it immediately. Molly, the bus driver was very kind and friendly, and very good at maneuvering the bus at the on load and unload location, and the Guides were outstanding. our guide, Jeff was very interactive and fun, and the lunch was delicious. I recommend Canyon Voyages to anyone willing to get a little wet. It is perfect for families with children. I really enjoyed it!! Thanks for the great experience!!

We booked our family river rafting at this place, recommended by Fodor's... it was an excellent choice! Our guides, Scott & Brandon, were amazing and we had a blast. The water gun fight, with the Norwegians on the other raft, was epic! Scott and Brandon always made sure that we were safe, but also had a lot of fun!

Really enjoyable associates up front. My wife and I rented SUP paddle boards and they were pretty much like new. They helped pick the route that made the best sense for us and the shuttle driver that got us there was helpful and friendly!

Great motivated Guides !! Especially Scott !! Amazing and funny guy who loves his job. Rafting half day tour itself is a little bit to short with lunch. i would recommend to take the tour without lunch.
