Great place got my wife for engagement ring there and the service isn't bad I would give it five stars but the wait for the sizing of the Ring was a little bit more than expected almost had to delay our wedding other than that great place lifetime warranty plans good spot if you're trying to get something good for your significant other and when I say that I mean wife if you're a man or husband if you're a woman

It was great.. very attentive and I knew exactly what I wanted and they had 1 left..

I went in to get my watchband resizes for a Rado with a tricky watchband. They did a great job. Sized it perfectly to my wrist. Very nice polite staff. They do charge for watchband adjustments (some people seem to think they don’t). Their selection of jewelry is extremely nice.

If there another jewelry store open at that time to replace an item I would have gone there the woman was pushy and rude with her comments Tumwater Washington Fred Meyers.
