Leslie Panowitz has shared so many important events over the 20+ years that she has been my jeweler. She truly has become a friend, and she genuinely shared in my delight when presenting me with my most recent custom made piece. She took great care in every step, and the outcome shows that. I wouldn’t go to anyone else! Love this family business!

I am beyond impressed by the service and quality of jewelry at Panowicz Jewelers. My 15th wedding anniversary was coming up and I started looking for a watch for my husband. Through Google I found the Panowicz site and chatted online with Celina about their watch selection, and she was super helpful. I went into the store the next day, purchased a watch and wanted it engraved. Since it would be a few days until it was ready, and since I love 30min from the store, Celina actually hand delivered it to me wrapped and boxed, since she was going to be in my town, once it was done being engraved. Such customer service! I will absolutely return for my future jewelry purchases. Thank you again, Celina!

Leslie is amazing! She made the process super easy, explained everything, answered ALL my questions, and helped me pick the most special engagement ring I could have imagined. Panowicz helped me last minute with an engagement gift engraving. I usually get the short end of the stick but they came through and were the kindest company and people I've come across in a long time. They're a rare breed of kind and professional. My engravings were beautiful. I recommend everybody go to Panowicz for they're very special and just for fun jewelry wants.

The staff were kind and attentive in our search for new wedding bands - they listened to what we needed and took the time to walk is through many styles to customize something that works perfectly for us.
