I wouldn't go anywhere else. Myself, husband, and 2 children all use Hanover Apothecary. Majority of staff are amazing, courteous, and knowledgeable! I will warn that there is 1 tech in there that mostly is terrible to deal with! However I will not fault the rest of the staff because of 1 bad apple that shouldn't be dealing with customers.

I really like this place. They are always pleasant and they let you know when your prescriptions ready. I would definitely recommend them

Super clean, polite and knowledgeable staff. They took their time and went above and beyond to assist our specific needs. I highly recommend this pharmacy, which also offers delivery! Truly exceptional service! A+++

The staff here are wonderful. This is the best part of the deal for UPMC Pinnacle when they bought Hanover Hospital. The was a computer months ago that screwed up one of my medications, one that I must take twice daily. The manager took care of the problem with three phone calls and a trip to my home, using his personal vehicle to boot. He arrived, less than an hour after I received the first call informing me there was an issue with my medication. He had the corrected scrip with him explained everything that happened and answered all our questions. He was a pleasure to deal with and a true credit to his coworkers at UPMC, his profession, and himself
