First time dealing with something like this but I don’t think anyone should have to retain an attorney in order to have an insurance company allow for doctors prescribed physical therapy and massage therapy. My claim was originally under LNI but the company I worked for was self insured and Sedgwick took over. They stopped my time loss payments, physical therapy and massage therapy, my medication for the injury. This company sucks because their interests are for the company Kiewit.
