Mathis Exterminating

Horrible experience. Told services would be a certain price on two separate occasions only to have the exterminator arrive and be told to “ignore the quoted price” and ends up costing me 50% more money. Representatives need better training. Exterminators need better customer service as well. My problem has been rodents in the house and 3 times they never checked in the house. So I called back finally was able to have him come in the house only to be told it’ll be way more than I was quoted so I’ve been waiting to hear back from a “branch manager” for the last 2 weeks (after he was supposed to call me early the following week I called) only to get a call this past Monday (2 weeks later) from him at 8pm not knowing anything that’s going on because he didn’t read any notes left for him, was super scattered I told him with him not knowing what’s going on and it already being 8pm to call me back... he said he would call me back the following (Tuesday) morning on his way to Seattle yet here it is Thursday and still no word from him. Absolutely ridiculous! Would be one star but I gave an additional star because Rachel who works as a router for the service guys is super sweet and my service guy is nice but you can tell hes frustrated with how the company is handling there services/prices as well.nnMind you services still have not been “complete” to what I paid for back in august. It’s now November.

A technician came out to the house and was extremely helpful. Recently some black hornets made a huge basketball sized nest next to the house and our children started getting stung. The technician said they were not able to get to hornets nest (about 50’ up) without extra equipment that would have cost nearly $700. The employee gave us some alternatives to get rid of the hornets instead of charging us a ton of money. Since then we have had less hornets and the ones that get close.... well they’re dead. Thanks again for helping our family.

We have used Mathis for many years for pest control and have been very pleased with their service. I was especially impressed this fall after my husband and I returned home from a trip and suspected we may have brought home bed bugs. Mathis was able to schedule an appointment promptly. Our service provider, Brandon, did an inspection. I was impressed with his knowledge and the time he spent answering my many questions. I am grateful for the quality service Mathis has provided.

Had critters in the attic and they dont carry ladders on their vehicles...really! I had to drop one off at my rental property so they could get up in the attic.
