My wife went in to get her ring cleaned and after it was cleaned a female employee came back and told her 4 diamonds were loose on her 2ct eternity band and that they can fix it for $85. We got a second opinion to make sure and nothing was loose at all and she also asked if we had insurance on our ring. What a scammer during these trying times. Always get a second opinion especially around scammers and possibly a thief.

Quick and easy transaction. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would have given them 5 stars but I looked at a necklace I liked and had a sale tag on it but was told it had been mismarked.
