Bob has serviced our furnace previously and repeated his same level of professionalism and skill this time. He was very courteous and thorough. The only flaw was not his fault - we had scheduled an afternoon appointment, that did not get through to him and he arrived at 8:30 am. We were able to accommodate and everything worked out.

Bob always works on my AC/heat pump/Furnace/generator . He does the maintenance and repairs. He is honest polite and timely. I appreciate being able to have him to always tell me the truth and trusted his opinion for years.
