I miss Dr. Bartoli. She was the best physician I’ve ever had. She listened to me and was always quick to get back to me. She also helped me tremendously with my health issues. I hope there is another physician I can find like her.

Dr. Bartoli was THE reason to come here. She was fabulous - explained anything in terms and detail that made sense, and had a bed manner that put the patient first.nnI was disappointed to hear that she'd left, but what was more upsetting was how rude and aggressive the BCH staff were after I expressed that disappointment. Truly standoffish and unhelpful.nnThe other clinician I've had to see initially refused to write me a prescription because of his own bias towards natural healing of colds, even though I'd been sick for more than a week with a fever.nnI will be transferring to a new clinic. I'm convinced this staff is only looking out for their own preferences and not patient satisfaction, experience or outcomes.

I like this practice. I've found it easy to get an appointment with my provider. I like my provider and everyone there is pleasant and professional. (I know it difficult to be both sometimes.)nThe first time I went to Northwest I gave myself an extra five minutes to figure out parking and how to reach the building at the recommendation of the person who made may appointment. I'm very glad I went early that time. Now it's simple and quick.

My husband and I have been patients here for years. I loved Dr. Grasmick, but unfortunately he moved to an office in Erie earlier this year. I decided to try another physician in the office because I didn't really want to run to Erie. I really liked the doctor that I saw. However, the office staff is very disorganized. I have spoken to an assistant and a receptionist (I believe), neither of whom gave me any confidence that they knew what they were doing. The receptionist is very nice, don't get me wrong, but she seems out of her element. She does not recognize drug names or understand common procedure regarding prescriptions, etc. I honestly feel half bad for her because it's obvious that she has little to no medical office experience or training. I have no idea what happened to the old office staff or what is going on there, but I won't be visiting this office again. I'm going to go see Dr. Grasmick in the Erie office. It's worth the extra miles. Very, very disappointed in the decline of what was once a great doctor's office.

We love co-treating with Northwest Family Medicine. The doctors at this practice are truly committed to each and every patient getting the best result possible for whatever health challenge they are facing. Their patients come very happy with the care they received at Northwest family medicine and are well educated on why they are referred to physical therapy. The doctors (especially Apple and Grasmick) are always available to talk over any case necessary and truly enjoy their work of taking care of people an family's throughout their entire life.
