CVS pharmacy, Boulder location, inside Target has quite possibly the most unprofessional and rude customer service. Called multiple times to ask question regarding refill that could not be answered online, first time I called I waited 25 mins on hold while never speaking to a human voice , just kept placing me on hold. ( 11-2-2020 at 6:40 PM) decided to give up , called next day 11-3-2020 around 12:30 noon kept on hold for another 13 mins before a very abrupt female answered the phone, never identifying themselves. When asked a general question about availability of certain medication because I have a family member that needs a refill and we have used CVS ( other location) was quickly told she could not tell me if it was available because “everybody would be down here trying to get the medication.” Aren’t you a pharmacy! This medication requires a doctors order, so not everyone is eligible. JUST those who have a doctors order. After saying this, she quickly said it would be 2-3 weeks wait time. I thanked her for being rude, asked her name and she hung up the phone.nIf you don’t like your job, you should find another profession. Customer service is part of the job and CVS is being done a great disservice to their reputation by having such poor customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE. Avoid if possible at all. They messed up my prescription TWO TIMES within the past month. This has caused extreme problems for me. They gave me ear drops instead of eye drops, and the wrong size syringe without letting me know they changed the size. When I voiced my concerns the pharmacist was very rude back. I’ll be reporting them to HIPAA as they do read your name, dose, and medications out loud without asking as well as other people have reported as well.

This pharmacy is not HIPPA compliant. The technicians read out loud your medication, dosage and directions. They do even this after showing you the prescription. And even after asking if you have any questions.nnComplaining to the Pharmacist did no good. She didn't take the complaint seriously, and the technicians are still sharing your private prescription with everyone else in line.nnThe bad part is that the technicians get upset and angry when asked to obey the law and to comply with HIPPA by not reading prescriptions unless given explicit permission.nnThis pharmacy is unprofessional. Not recommended.

Wildly incompetent. Filled my prescription there and went to get a refill, they claimed the original was invalid. The youngish male pharmacist had unbelievably poor social skills and needed a shower very badly. This place is awful.

Always a wait, staff are fine but not especially helpful or friendly. They will get you what you need but it will take a bit and the whole thing is a process.nnIf you don’t know that they have your prescriptions filled or not, call them before going in. Walking in and requesting meds that aren’t filled takes an extra 30~ minutes.
