Walgreens Pharmacy

The “gentleman” managing the pharmacy is incredibly rude and unwilling to show any sort of compassion to unwell customers. I have Covid and called ahead of time to arrange a way I could pick up some otc medication without making any contact. I disclosed ahead of time that I was sick (imagine that) so that I could be sure they were comfortable with the scenario and so that we could work together to come up with a way that they weren’t exposed and I could get the medications I need to take care of myself. He first asked 4 separate times if I was sure I have Covid...(what am I going to say after the 4th time, “nope, not Covid Covid, just like a benign Covid, nothing to worry about...”). And then said “I’m asking because you’re going to come here and expose my entire staff to it” in the snotty, disgusted tone, after I had already made it clear that I’d like to make sure they are safe. He proceeded to tell me there was no way that I could acquire the medications I needed because I have to show my ID to get them. What are folks supposed to do when they are sick, suffer without help?nTHIS SITE ADVERTISES THAT THEY ADMINISTER COVID TESTS, BUT YOU WONT WORK WITH CUSTOMERS TO GET THEM MEDICATIONS IF THEY ARE POSITIVE?! This is a pharmacist that doesn’t seem to understand how exposure works, and doesn’t have compassion for sick folks who are clearly doing their best to protect YOU. Find another profession, this ain’t it. Will never return to this pharmacy though I’ve only ever gotten prescriptions here in all the years I’ve lived in Colorado.

For a Walgreens they are pretty good. The pharmacist keep something filled for a week and remind you it’s ready, which is nice.

Way under staffed. Wait times are exceedingly long and apparently unpredictable. Understandable if this happens once, but it's been my consistent experience over the last few months. I will be transferring pharmacies.

The pharmacy staff really needs to get it together at this location

Good location. Always clean. Never too busy and plenty of parking.
