Boulder Police Officer stated it was free on Sundays, yet I was charged $5 for an hour. Refund!...when everywhere downtown is free! City Council will hear of this and take action. Good luck to you!
Good location next to Pearl Street Mall, but since they put in a new credit card machine, it doesn't work half the time, and no cash option. We sat in the garage on the night of 9/11/2018 for 25 minutes because the machine wouldn't take peoples credit cards, including ours. No phone number to call for help, no other way out! Just kept trying different cards and at some point the gate finally opened. No contact info on the parking ticket either except to pay via text. You can check in at anytime, but you can never leave!
Always have been able to find a spot in this garage. Very similar to other garages in the area. Has been fairly clean and well maintained. No complaints here.
Very misleading price structure. It does not have any price listed for after 4pm Sunday leading you to think it is free like all of the other downtown parking on Sunday then charges you $5. Will NEVER park there again.
As the other reviewers indicate, they say one price then charge another. Was supposed to be a $5 flat rate and they charged $15 on exit. No phone number. Crooks!
