A relatively large under cover car park which still has great cell reception despite all the concrete. good for escaping the heat of the day and also the inevitable Colorado thunderstorm in the afternoon. Be aware that corporate security drives past about every 30 minutes, so if you’re a van life don’t expect to stay overnight and time any cooking or other obvious urban camping activities during those 30 minute periods before the next security spin. Clean and tidy parking lot. Didn’t see any amenities like trash cans.
