Boulder County Community Planning & Permitting (formerly Land Use Dept.)

I went down to the Land Use and Planning Department for some out of state buyers recently. The ladies behind the desk were very helpful in providing all permits on a specific property to me. There were 35 pages, double sided, all printed and delivered on the spot! Then a member of the planning department came downstairs to decipher the documents with me. Everyone was extremely helpful to both me and my potential buyers!

Thank you for your decision to reconsider the Twin Lakes proposal. My faith in democracy is restored by your listening to REAL PEOPLE rather than names on a list. I had to wait 15 years to buy a simple condo in Gunbarrel. People should live where they can afford without the government having to provide housing, in my opinion.nnAgain, thank you!!
