Liberal city let's hobos run it ! The homeless are aggressive and will walk up to you and if you do not give them anything they get rude and violent and threatening. The hobos are dangerous drug addicts that Boulder encourages. THIS IS A DRUGGED OUT HOBO LIBERAL CITY. Not to mention you can't go to the parks without stepping over sleeping drugged out hobos
