This post office is lovely. The staff is always responsible and kind. Been here probably a dozen times with pre-paid labels, and have only had to wait in line once or twice, and they are quick and process accurately—so far no issues with packages going missing when processed through this branch. It’s a historic experience walking into the PO box lobby—beautifully preserved. Coming from Los Angeles, where my old neighborhood post office included waits of thirty+ minutes, horribly grumpy staff, and chronic package handling issues (packages going missing for a few days before showing up in tracking).... The Boulder post office is honestly a dream! Thank you!

Great customer service. Worker was cheerful and kind — despite the extremely long line.nnVery understaffed which made for a long wait and many packages piling up. These wonderful workers don’t have the support they need.

This place is terrible! They said they attempted to deliver a package to my house that I ordered off Amazon and needless to say they didn’t attempt any delivery and must’ve forgot that ppl have ring cameras that captures all motion. So no you did not deliver my package and I can’t get no answer on the phone by anyone. If you call right now you’ll get hung up on and that’s if you’re lucky enough to get a answer!! I would’ve given the post office ZERO stars but that’s not an option! Please find my package or at least return my phone calls!!!

They are not even answering the phone. Have tried multiple times and it keeps getting hung up on. Tried their corporate number and it has a 23-30 minutes wait. Very unprofessional. Just answer your phone or update your message - I'm calling during your open hours and got nothing!
