I called today to provide additional information related to an emergency call already made. They connected the dots and got the information through. I was very impressed with their professionalism and speed. Related but not the same team: I was also amazed at how quickly emergency response was able to get up to a house in a remote mountain location. We are lucky to have such a great network of emergency response professionals.
