I am very happy with the work Golden Hands has done for me. The quality is great and they accommodated my many requests. Communication was perfect and the manager took every measure to make things run smoothly and on time. I would highly recommend them!
It was apparent from the start that there was little communication and understanding between the managers and the (new) workers. I had to call in to make sure they were following through, and I had people showing up at my door with no notice. They missed a couple days on the job during the process, one spoke inappropriately on site and left messes behind. They also charged me over 1,000 dollars more than the estimate they gave me, while never telling me it was going to cost more. The finished product was great, but the actual process and pricing was frustrating. not professional this time around. But I have good faith in them to do better next time.

All most with a tear in my eye, I say that the honesty was unbelievable. There was a moment of mis communication about original price and then with one email it was settled to our original agreement!nMy faith in a handshake of the old world is restored! So I encourage you to use their business!
These guys are AWESOME. They go out of their way to come quickly and perform high-quality work. The only area of improvement is billing; sometimes they forget to bill you! - Please be patient with them though; they do AMAZING WORK!
