Best vehicle purchase experience hands down. I worked with Tom Gebhardt to help me find the perfect BMW X3. Tom set up a personal visit for me and my wife, he had the vehicle I was looking at waiting for me and ready to go for me and my wife. Upon arrival, he reviewed all of the features and we took it for a non-pressured test drive. It was missing a couple features, so instead of pressuring me, he just told me that he would find the car we needed; color, miles, features, etc. Sure enough, over the weekend, he found our vehicle, had it ready and set it aside for a drive. Again, with no pressure, we decided this was the one for us. He gave us an increadible deal, provided all the history, and the paperwork was a breeze. Also, their cars are top notch as they are lease returns which most of them they sold in Boulder from the new Gebhardt BMW facility. So you receive a car that is well cared for and receives all the inspections/certifications. Being a long time sales executive, I am always leery of what this experience may bring, and Tom and his team don't make it feel like sales whatsoever. In fact, it really was more of a consultation to find the vehicle that was perfect for our family through patience and hard work. Thanks Tom and team!

I had a fantastic experience buying a used 2009 BMW 135i from Gebhardt. I worked with Michael N. and Brian D. -- each was excellent to work with, digging into my questions and facilitating the process. I was a picky and hesitant buyer, and I would bet that my slow research and decision making was frustrating, but they gave me the time to explore options, think it over, and go on many test drives. Eventually there was some pressure to buy or move on, but hey, this is used car sales. Next time I plan to purchase a car, I will definitely be back to Gebhardt -- low pressure, honest and friendly sales people, and a long-time local Boulder business. Thanks!

Best car buying experience I ever had. Everything was ready and paperwork took less then 10 minutes. Jon Ferguson was fantastic.

I just delivered some brand spanking new vehicles to the lot and their pre owned inventory looks great. One of the associates was having one of those days but the rest of the staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. Offered my snack bars and coffee, and made a few phone call to help me ensure a proper delivery. Manny preformed diligent inspections, signed my forms and wished me a safe trip back home. You will definitely be satisfied with their customer service!
