This was my first trip to Gebhardt being new to the area. I had a check engine light come on in my car and the service department was able to quickly fit me in for an appointment right before the holidays. When I picked up a couple days later, my tire was flat...My amazing service rep, Will, was able to comp the tire replacement and deliver my car to me the next day. They really go above and beyond, couldn't recommend this dealership enough

What a pleasant experience it was having my car serviced at Gebhardt BMW. The service was for routine maintenance. When I originally scheduled the appointment, I requested a shuttle ride back to my house. However, the day before my appointment I received a call from the service department offering a valet service. This was fantastic! They picked up my car in the morning and dropped it off at the end of the day. My car was returned clean as can be. It was washed, vacuumed, the mats were washed, and the tires were shined. My wife recently had her car serviced at Jaguar and she said they could learn a few lessons from Gebhardt BMW.

What a great experience! Found my car online and worked through the deal via email. Once that was done, I made a bet with a co-worker on how long it would take from walk in to being done with paperwork. The over under was 1.5 hours and we cleared with the under at 45min. Jon Eric was awesome and we got the car I was after! Will shop here again.

I purchased a new BMW from Gebhardt BMW. They made me feel confident about purchasing a car while living out of town. There was continuous communication through out the purchasing process. They explained several financing options while answering all my questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend this dealership for their welcoming attitude and honest pricing.

We love the personal touch when our car needs service. Being new to Colorado and often having questions about the care plan for living here, Drew and the team are always willing to answer and help out. There’s always a greeting when we arrive and we know our family’s vehicle is taken care of fully with their service team members which in return gives us peace of mind when we are out on our adventures.
