Very personal measurement collection. Nice experience.

I've used their services twice in the past 3 years and the work was spendy but well done. HOWEVER, today, like the past two times, merely having a dialogue was troublesome. Not like having a tooth extracted but more like having a clumsy dental technician clean one's teeth. Anyway, I'm bailing and will find another seamster.

I had my wedding dress altered at Lady Lynn’s and it was the best experience. Lorraine and Lynn were helpful and patient, and their work was absolutely beautiful. The pricing was clear, transparent and fair. I will definitely be going back for any alteration needs and would absolutely recommend them to anyone else.

They have always been nice when I have gone in. I am from the US, I have short legs, a non-standard body type, and I've lived in many different countries where tailoring is the norm (I've had a lot of work done by many different tailors). Their prices are reasonable for local mom and pop work done in the US. I have always been happy with the results.

Horrible customer service, as well as expensive service. $25 for a patch on a pair of jeans. And then got rude service on my way out the door.
