I have nothing but high praises and gratitude for Black Canyon Veterinary Clinic!! The staff is always so polite and happy to speak with. They were so patient and kind to me even after multiple calls and lots of back and forth phone calls in one day. The vets and vet techs were excellent communicators and really took the time to answer all my questions, call me back, and give me lots of information. From the day of my boxer's surgery, to needing after hours care, and ultimately taking her last minute for a blood clot additional surgery, everyone was 120% caring, professional, responsive, and reassuring the whole way. I was not charged for the second surgery, and only paid for the sedation. They are fair on their prices and really do care about your pets. I can't thank them enough!

I’ve been going here for two years and I have not had any bad experience. The staff and docs are professional, courteous, and unlike most veterinarians are good with people AND animals usually the people/social aspect is missing but, not here. All my answers and concerns are always addressed in a timely professional manner. I highly recommend this clinic to all my friends and family who have pets.

We came to an appointment today as new patients for our dog's annual physical. Unfortunately the majority of the staff wasn't wearing masks and the space inside is tight. Since we've had relatives die from Covid we didn't feel comfortable and left. We've been to other vets during the pandemic where the staff wears masks and/or curb-side service is offered. Please keep in mind we didn't have a patient/vet experience so this review doesn't reflect that.

This place is great! Timely, caring, and attentive staff! I met the 'cat whisperer' nurse who handled my crazy cat with ease! The vet also was able to do a quick exam as well! This made for the least stressful experience ever!! Definitely recommended!

I had a very good experience with this clinic with an after hours emergency call and subsequent surgery for my old dog. He recovered nicely. They have won my business!
