I do not give this 5 star lightly. I've worked with this company over a span of multiple years and projects. I've had 3 areas of old blinds replaced at different times (all different types), ordered ceiling fans twice, and even inquired about having a lamp shade custom made. Every experience has been the same. Professional. Friendly. Well informed. They have been helpful and informative through every part and detail. (And being the VERY indecisive person I am, it's been a long haul for them.) Their customer service is second to none. If I've even hinted at a problem, they've been on top of it without hesitation. In every aspect, in every situation, from day ONE they've treated me like family. I haven't a single complaint.
