Sadly this company is in need of a customer service rep. We have a cabin in the mountains and they have delivered us the incorrect amount of fuel twice. I have detailed notes from our phone calls and they feel that their errors are my fault. I informed them that I wanted 100 gallons and they put in 300 gallons. I called them, and they gladly came out and pumped it out. I then called months later and asked for another 100 gallons and they put in 200 gallons... It seems their staff is either too busy or they have a communication problem. I was just informed today by Dennis that they will no longer be servicing us due to past errors made, their errors. You'd think they'd be trying to win our business in these difficult times. Well, there are other fuel companies out there that will be getting my business.

We have a mountain cabin and, although we don’t use a lot of fuel, we have had an account with Western Petroleum for several years. On two occasions in the last couple years they screwed up our order. One time they delivered our fuel to our neighbor and his to us. The next time we ordered 100 gallons and they delivered 300 gallons. They admitted their mistakes and corrected the problem but today when we attempted to order fuel they informed us they would no longer serve us do to “the errors “ that have occurred. We couldn’t believe it. You would think they would bend over backwards to make sure we were taken care of properly, but no, they chose to cut us off citing the problems that were clearly their own fault. We always paid promptly and did not get angry about the inconvenience their inability to follow simple directions caused us. Well, their choice to cancel our account did anger and insult us. We would not recommend this company to anyone if they can’t take responsibility for their own actions.
