Called to inquire about bringing in our older Subaru to have the Airbag warning checked. Spoke with Chris on the phone and he looked up the VIN of my vehicle and confirmed the vehicle had been serviced for the recall, spent a few minutes on the phone with me while I drove the car and troubleshooted what I was seeing in my dash warnings. Went above and beyond my expectations in answering my questions. Amazing customer service, especially on a car they did not sell us! I will do everything in my power to purchase our next Subaru from this dealer!

We contacted salesperson Marvin about a Crosstrek we wanted and asked whether he could compete with several other dealers we got quotes from.We told him that we preferred his dealership because it was much closer to our home than the others. He said that he wanted to make it happen, and he did splendidly. He was very pleasant to work with, very attentive, and willing and able to do what he could to get us his best deal. He got us a car that we are now very happy with, and he followed through by taking very good care of us at the showroom. The finance person Tiffany was also exceptional. She carefully explained everything, including options, and also followed through by expediting the paperwork for us. It was a happy and rewarding experience.

I have always had great experiences with Flower Subaru. Their service department goes the extra mile in helping me find parts, giving great advice, and getting work done on time. I have to drive 1.5 hours to get to them, so knowing work will be done correctly the first time is key. Their loaner car and shuttle also mean I can use my wait time productively.

Very friendly, efficient and helpful staff. They provided a shuttle and were on time and all around great! Wish they had a complimentary car wash as do some other dealerships!

My experience with Flower Subaru and Marvin Howze was great. Had a very positive experience. Marvin was very knowledgeable and patient. He explained all the new features of my car and made sure I knew how to use them. Overall a really great experience. Thanks Marvin for a pleasant car buying experience!!
